All games affected by weather will be made up at the earliest available date. All games will be called at the earliest time possible.however most of the games will be a game time decision unless the weather is so serve that we are able to call them in advance. coaches must check in to find out if their game has been canceled or delayed. coaches must notify their parents and players of any changes. FYI: The weather is very different at our baseball complex. So do not assume your game is canceled or it is being played when the weather is a factor. always double check to make sure. Teams that fail to check and do not show will forfeit that game.

DO NOT CALL ABOUT RAINOUTS BEFORE 2:00PM. A DECISION WILL NOT HAVE BEEN MADE PRIOR TO 2:00PM. MOST THE TIME IT WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL 3:00PM OR LATER. AS SOON AS WE CALL THE GAMES WE WILL NOTIFY THE V.P.'s AND THE HEAD COACH. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL ONE OF THEM TO FIND OUT ABOUT RAINOUTS AS WELL AS MAKEUP DATES AND TIMES.*** IF WE CANCEL GAMES DUE TO RAINOUTS THE FIELDS ARE CLOSED AND NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE THE FIELDS UNLESS APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT.
